Product Returns

- The product is in original packaging with all accessories included
- The product has not been installed or modified
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Products that have been installed or used
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned after the return period has expired
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return instructions and authorization number
- Package the product securely in original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective
- Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error

- Service cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before scheduled installation

- Deposits may be refundable if cancellation occurs before work begins

Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:

- We will arrange for replacement or full refund
- Return shipping for defective products will be covered by us
